just chilled most of it mate, went to beach and to a mates for the cup final on sunday, pretty quiet one really, managed to get ableton working again so im pleased about that

oh, ive had it ever since i started producing, but its always been a bit un-reliable, then it crashed last week and woulnt work, so i spoke to a mate who uses it, and he told me what i was doing wrong (not consolidating my samples before copy and pasting) then i re-installed it and its working a lot faster than before!!

Nah g , still got all the flipping glossing to do, which is the worst part.
Then just need to give the cupboard doors another coat then get some new lino for it.

Basically my OH wants to get into a bit of modeling, mainly for something different to do, but if it turns into something big then thats cool to, but she has no idea how to start out, i just thought you might have some tips, or if you have any links to sites you could post them to my FB???

Thats cool Kotch What kind of modelling is she looking to do? Anything in particular? First off she needs to get a portfolio with s different range of shots ie. studio, location, fashion, underwear. Make sure she has a good facial portrait and full body shot too. She can get these done by togs offering TFCD (time for cd) these tend to be amateurs though or people just starting out who are also building their photography portfolio so it's a win all round! Or pay to get some decents shot (I can recommend a few togs whose work is FAB!) Not cheap though.... probably looking at about £200 for 6 Hi Res edited images but they are deffo worth it. Erm once she's got a port she can start to post it over different model directories on the internet or try and get into a few agencies where she will get paid work from there A few good sites to look on are Purestorm and Model Mayhem.... it's a directory for models/togs/MUA(make up artists)agencies and they can search for you so say they are looking for someone with a look like your misses she will show up in their search box Alot of the time you will get TFCD offers and sometimes paid work depends what you want to go for and whtehr it's a proffesion you want it as or just a chance to gt some good pics She will also be able to search togs and ask them to work with her and vise a verser

Shes looking to do fashion, underwear and maybe glamour?? she just sees me doing my dj work and felt that she'd like to take up some modeling as it could result in some money, but mainly its something different and fun to do, shes friends with ebony staker and really want to do similar stuff to her, im completly fine with it and i want to help her as much as possible cos it seems she is deadly serious about it
