Well, I've read them, Blinky. Not sure what you're trying to do here: seems to me as though you've twice had the faintest germ of an idea and twice made a lot more of it than it's worth. The alarm thing is just silly, but not funny either, and the atomic weapons thing doesn't work on any level.
You should see Viz for inspiration in this kind of humour, and whoever mentioned Private Eye has got to be kidding. Don't listen to anyone who advises you to submit what you've written to anybody, because it's just not working and you'll be cruelly disappointed.
Having said that, you write decently. Develop some new, more original, funnier ideas, and you might find a direction to go in.
