What does it all mean, morrie? Is this a reference to another thread?

Aargh, I just found out! I've signed a petition, morrie, but I'm tied up for the rest of the day and can't do much else until the morrow.
I will try to get a line on to Kitty's meeting later.
A sad day – but if I know bureaucracy, we won't make it to April. Keep in touch via Wordplay or messages until they put the kybosh on those too.
