h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi, welcome to the mad house!

How did you hear about h2g2, if I may so bold ask to ask?

I read a piece in the Demon Internet customer mag.... and immediately knew I'd like it. I've always been a big hitchhiker fan, and love the idea of this place.... I plan to contribute extensively....

No problem, this is a really friendly place
There are even volunteers, called Assistant Community Editors, or ACEs for short, that go around welcoming people. I'm not one of those though, I'm too busy

I read that article in @Demon myself, even though I'm no longer a Demon customer. Quite a good one wasn't it?

The reason I asked was that there was a sudden influx of new researchers this morning, and I was wondering how they all found out about the site. A few others and myself run the community newspaper here and we like to report on these things

If you've got any queries, just grab hold of someone and ask, they'll answer to the best of their knowledge, they're like that

A few of the new people are my fault.... I fired of some emails to a few friends saying "you're gonna love this......" and a couple have registered already....
