It happened. 90 seconds later, they were out. In the rain. nuts - it wasn't raining when I set the bells off. Still it worked.
Maxine thinks I'm not right. She's wrong.
Sarah wants an apology. Tough.
It's a fire drill. they happen. every 6 months. BY LAW.
If you don't like it, I'm sure there are companies who have differemt conditions of their fire certificates, or that just don't do it. Find one.
RP last night was good - even if I did get stuck the wrong side of the secret doors in the sarcophegus with a demon. that didn't want chicken.
SJA tonight. may or may not go.

Better. just taking multi-vits and the m/wash. might keep that up long-term.
Fire Drill today - this afternoon. codenamed School Trip.

I was ill. the drill didn't happen - now next maonday. Temp. up, Acute Ulcerated Gingivitis & Tonsilitis on top of each other. pills to take the temp down. 2 types of anti-biotics. vitamin suplements. mouthwashes. no food, no appetite, no energy.

That was fun. I just had a chat with my Boss. Trying to arrange a fire drill! he set it for this afternoon, but hew just called mne and said that we can't have it because he's got a meeting. AND?
Still, I've got a definate one on Monday.
Emily bought me a leather. I have a stock room key. Bagpuss rocks a phat one.

It's Thursday lunchtime. I've just been paid. And it's all gone already - rent, bills, loan repayments, fuel for the car, food, etc.
Who said web designers earn a fortune? I barely make £4.00 /hr - pre tax.
I've got a pay rise comeing soon as well, about time too. I spend most of my life here, the work load has doubled over the last year and I'm no responsible for al lthe Health & Safety in the building (100 employees) as well as all the janitorial duties I get (but I still don't have my own key to the stock room!
I'm sticking here though - my friends work here, and I like the work & people, just not the pay. The boss is fair, and a good man (but very busy, and hard to pin down)
Besides, it's only 15 miles to work in the morning, and my housemates chip in to run the car. My girlfriend lives near me, and I couldn'y move away from her. Yikes. I'm actually in love with her.
She's the ever lovely Emily - a geek girl if ever there was one. She has a domain . And a bagpuss. Bear lives on my bed, 'cos she can't fit him on hers. She's going to buy me a leather jacket for christmas (but early) as she bought mine - I grew out of it - and I haven't got another one yet.
Hum. it's OK.
