It's a Castle thing...You wouldn't understand...
Posted Dec 19, 1999
I've noticed that every person in my city has a well defined accent...this not only includes mispronounced words, but strange contractions and locally accepted grammar errors. I have been around the country and have found that, while there are other localized accents, you cannot tell where a person is from by their accent, unless they are from my city. I can pick someone from my city out of a crowd of thousands by listening to half a sentance. I have currently accepted the job of correcting everyone's language abuse. This has caused me much trouble, and the pay is terrible.
