DNA RIP
Posted May 13, 2001
A sad day for all of us, and yet another reminder to look after my health now I'm over 40.
I kept hoping there would be another Dirk Gently novel as I really liked them and thought there was a lot of mileage left in the character. Now there will never be another one and that is a very sad thought.
I don't know what is happening with the HitchHiker's film in America, but I hope it gets finished and I hope they make a film worthy of Douglas's books and one that acts as a fitting reminder of a very funny man.
