"I will not eat them SamIAm. I will not eat green eggs and ham."
The symbolic meaning of this rhyme is beyond words. SamIAm (the government, the parents, the oppressors, etc.) wants to shove green eggs and ham (lies, promises, hopes, fears) down the naarator (my) throat. But the naarator will not take it.
I will not eat them SamIAm.
I will NEVER eat green eggs and ham!
