So, a NOFX fan are we? Well, well, well...

What do you think of Pump Up the Valuum? And the rumour that they've released a *SHOCK* SINGLE?! I wouldn't know, because I don't listen to music radio. With a vengance.

I think PUTV is pretty cool. I especially like Dinosaurs Will Die..which brings me to the single:

They sent a single titled "Bottles to the Ground" (which also contained Dinos Will Die) to the radio and told the stations to play Dinos (as to be sarcastic, radio stations playing a song about the death of corporate music), but they ended up playing Bottles.

It's been NOFX's philosphy to always release EPs only.
I didn't believe my friend when he heard "NOFX on Radio 1!" - they always had this total anti-commercial radio stance (see their song, 'Please play this song on the radio').

I saw the Bottles single in HMV today, and was shocked. It blatantly ISN'T 'Dinosaurs Will Die: The single" but "Bottles to the Ground: the single". I know the whole 'punk bands selling out' thing is a cliche, but I really thought it could never happen to NOFX... they're on a slippery slope...

Dino's Will Die and Theme from a NOFX Album are two of my favourite tracks on PUTV. However, stuff like Stranger than Fishing had already been released on one of their longer EPs.
