Hi Guv well we got the info out of the henchman we captured, boy he's got stamina, after the punishment he took he sang like a canary, it goes like this, Andy Stakenova the hostile takeover king has just taken over IBM making him the second largest computer magnate next to Bill Gates he has all the defence contracts under his belt and this is what Dr Avil wants with him, Stakenova is going to plant a virus in the defence software that will give all wepons the personality of.....wait for it.....sulking teenagers, kind of like this give it the command to fire and it'll refuse, sulk, call you a fascist and play music really loud, we'll be the laughing stock of the world, so basically Avil will hold the world to ransom as he will have the only wepons without the virus, well that's it now what, I have a few ideas but you're the Guv, Guv.

I have some more intel. The gangs that Avil has been trading weapons to are going to join his forces to create a strangle hold. A massive private jet is being used to take some of the weapons to other countries where other groups will use them when the virus is released. The jet is scheduled to leave in 2 hours from Heathrow, no time to plan, go go go (F101731?thread=227430)
