I like this one, a bit more developed than 'tea'. (Although the Naval rebellion description was good in 'tea'. ) Some nice, funny writing.

You might almost be better putting these together - a short history of food and drink, something like that. Make it a bit more substantial.

I am in agreement with sprout, a compalation would be just the ticket to bring the subject to fruition as a full and well rounded piece, something with serious meat on it's bones. What's next, vegetables?
