I don't think this works as well as some of your other poems, Langsandy, because the image it creates is not as vivid.
I interpreted 'throes' as sexual, but I'm not then sure about 'residue of low-key anger'. Why is she angry?
I agree that there's a false sense of safety in cyberspace.

I get the low-key anger. I think it is at the centre of what's being said...
What I wondered about was her voice, unless you're using an audio connection, or a synthesizer.
Possibly because I type on chat lines for a living, and we have to use emoticons to get that 'voice'.
