Well, PR's loss I guess.

I like it.

I often wonder when pieces are moved from PR to AWW whether their authors would have written any differently if they hadn't had EG guidelines in mind when writing. So, would you ? Like be more extreme, throw in a few curve balls, more opinion - that kind of thing? Just curious.

Well, I guess even though I did have the guidelines in mind while writing it, I didn't have them far enough into my mind...or something...because it doesn't fit I did go to the page that has all the guidelines on it, and the very first one is "write about reality" so...I guess I kind of lose out on that very first one! Of course I'd write differently. I mean, the actual Hitchhiker's Guide in DNA's books includes nothing but opinions! Oh well...such is life. Thanks for reading

Eh, screw PR, this is where it's 'at'. Just don't tell them I said that, I've got an entry there waiting on a scout.

Good read, by the way. So, would you consider rewriting this peice without any thought of guidelines? I'm rahter interested to see how it would turn out.

Actually, I don't think I'd change a thing. The point of it was for it to sound like an edited entry. Sound factual, precise, and semi-serious. I like it the way it is, honestly. and I didn't make anything up, its all straight from thhgttg. So I don't think a rewrite is necessary

It was just a thought, anyway. I'm a curious person by nature, and when the subject of writing something differently came up, I just had to ask. Still a good read.
