I like this, though I would have liked a definition of the word "telos". It is fun, clever, well written, and has insight.
Utter Bewilderment still seems to be around, (last posting two weeks ago), so I am hopeful that they'll know that this is still being read and enjoyed.

As a child, blisfully running along a beach, barefoot and sandy kneed, I stepped upon a dead jellyfish, which was, indeed, lying there like a giand translucent pudding. I do not have the words to describe the fit of the screaming abdabs which ensued.
Noramlly I would be quite kindly disposed towards any creature that is transparent and has tentacles to boot. But I can only assume that jellyfish are evil. Why else would we find them lying dead on beaches maliciously waiting for a childlish foot.
Perhaps that is their purpose, ruining the holidays of eight year old girls.
I liked this. It struck a chord
