the posting was directed more at St Patrick really Archangel
I remember reading about a chocolate factory where they changed from forbidding the workers from having the odd choc to saying OK. After the first few days nobody was eating any cos they were all fed up with chocs and there might be the odd one go without the fear earlier. this did a lot for employer/employee relations.
I can see that might not work in a distillery. 
How does it go in a bakery?

I'll be ok. My manager eats the food too... but the store manager... he's a whole other type of character. One of my coworkers calls him a codger.
