If you plan to continue to take comments under advisement and improve your entry, then it's fine to leave it here for more comments. If you don't plan to do any more work on it, then it should be removed from Peer Review.

OK - I've updated the entry with more information on uniform, drill, music and also a small section on Baden-Powell. I'll keep working on it, but comments welcome now !

Definitely improving. I'd suggest a quick proof-read, though. You've got a 'there' where you need a 'their' and a 'where' whereyou need a 'wear' for instance.
I hadn't realised the uniform had become so much reduced. 'Tis a shame.
