Rotate the image on my monitor

My grandson has managed to change the orientation of the image on my monitor so that it's rotated 90 degrees clockwise. This only happens when he's under his Username, it's 
under my Username, or any other of my household users - so I don't think he's actually fiddled with any of the controls on the monitor itself.
Also, he can't have fiddled with any of the computer settings per se as I've administrator rights, which is password protected. In any case, as I said, ok under my Username.
Any ideas how I can rotate his monitor image back the right way?
(Somebody suggested to press Control + Shift + Arrow Key. She didn't know which arrow so I pressed the left arrow in the hope of rotating the image anti-clockwise. This had no effect
)

I seem to remember it's Ctrl + Alt + arrow (can't try it out on my current computer)
Up arrow gives normal screen, down arrow turns it upside-down, left arrow tilts it over to the left and right arrow to the right.

Personally, I've found that the most common way people accidentally type this combination is if they intend to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete but slip on/miss the delete button.
