I like dark chocolate, but I tried some 90% that my son bought & found it too much like sucking cocoa powder.
Melting it together with some milk chocolate makes a good chocolate sauce/coating e.g. for banana or strawberries. Otherwise I'd go for the grated topping idea.

i heard some where that its mostly like coco powder in the states not sure if its true or not
