baby Charlie has a cold...
his voice has gone all croaky 
it would be funny if it weren't so exhausting
*fingerscrossed* I hope he's over the worst of it but I can't be sure
doctor has given him some calpol 
I'm hoping to go back to Ninjitsu on Tuesday yes tomorrow Tuesday
I don't know what the subject of the lesson will be but the tutor normally doesn't decide till that night so that's me covered from 8.30 at night till 10. I expect I shall have to take it easy for a while as I haven't done any in a year and it is the first major exercise since Charlie's arrival 
I'm not sure I will be fit for much on Wednesday but I've bought some new bubble bath so I might be forced to try that out 
I've got a new cream to treat the psoriasis well two creams and a huge tub of moisturiser... lets hope they work or it's UV therapy time.
Oh and I've a banoffee pie ready to make, Joe has kindly turned the condensed milk into toffee for me after that it's just assembly really,
well once I've whipped the cream....
