well second year is going well and LD nursing is quite interesting lots on the mental capacity act.... not a very well understood branch of nursing but I'm enjoying learning
I'm off to spend the week with a local GPs nurse so hopefully I will get some hands on skills down, its quite difficult to find a depo clinic that has mentors... actually anywhere having mentors....

Yes I can imagine it would be interesting. Have you read about the Connot Sparrowhawk case? It's all very complex. We have slightly different laws in Scotland.

I am doing ok. Somehow I got a job at the university of Glasgow, which is nice. We're still in the same place, just made our xmas puddings. How are the family doing?

the boys are great but they never stop growing and eating everything in the cupboards. Joe is doing his MRES at the moment and is almost finished which is good because its due in at new year

Ooh university of glasgow, that sounds nice, are you still working on the stroke research (was that right?) How is Ben?

Christmas puddings sound wonderful i will have so search for an alcohol free one (tricky) I wish i had the skills to make them myself, Well done, although I imagine a vegetarian xmas pudding has its own challenges
