Come back? Not fully open? This is bull. Please don't post rumour as fact. It's the old Cable and Wireless version which was never closed down in the first place.

I'm afraid emailling the gov won't work, cos its a dead site(no-one operates it). But you could always join up again and if you email me I'll make you a link to get into messaging too.
