Clever people will notice that the paint needs another coat, the mantel isn't finished and the mouldings haven't been done. I won't listen to clever people and I say it's finished. Near as d@mn it, anyway.

Shall I assume the outlets on the wall above the mantle are for an entertainment device?

Power, speaker inputs for the back wall, cablevision plug and phone jack. The phone is in case someone uses the new phone-based cable system (although I don't know who would considering it's potential problems). I'm quite pleased with the fireplace as well. It took me a long time to find but it has adjustable *Everything*.
