My name is Feisor and I am an ACE (Assistant Community Editor) here at h2g2. It's my job to welcome you to the site and hopefully show you around a little. I AM a real person, not an automated reply not an automated reply not an automated reply .
Welcome to h2g2 – not just the friendliest on-line community but an incredibly huge, living, breathing guide to Life, the Universe and Everything. It’s compiled by researchers just like you and it's something YOU can take part in. You can write entries on all manner of subjects, and if it's something you think would look good in our Edited Guide (where all the best research goes), you can submit it to Peer Review Take a look at the <./>writing-guidelines</.> for more information on that.
You have made a great start by opening your space I hope when you get to know us a little better you'll tell us a little about yourself, join in the general silliness and maybe even write for The Guide - but there's no rush - and it's not compulsory
We ACEs are volunteers here to assist new researchers so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
You can leave a message on my space just by clicking on my name at the top of this message or by hitting the reply button below - it won't hit back (usually).
I have made a "Hints and Links for New Researchers" page at <./>A719840</.> - if you go there it will lead you to all sorts of places which will help find your way around and get to know this wonderful place. It should keep you busy for a while
Oh, and don’t forget to bookmark not only your space but the H2G2 <./>FrontPage</.> - it’s a great way to stay in touch with what’s happening and leads to all sorts of corners which you may otherwise miss.
Do some exploring and you'll find that the site has everything from the nonsense japing to debates on any number of diverse subjects. Many lasting friendships and relationships have been born on hootoo. It's kind of an online pub and encyclopaedia.
I am sure that you will love this community as much as we do There's lots of things to see, clubs to join and people to meet - please don't be shy - just jump right in - this is a friendly place. But be careful - it can become quite addictive - believe me I know
Enjoy!!
Have fun!!!
and above all !!!

There are lots of pages here dedicated to Tibet - you could start a conversation off any of them - wherever you think appropriate.
You should have a look at the New Researchers link that I left in the welcome message to find out how this place works.
I just put "Tibet" into the h2g2 search window and came up with (amongst others)
A2671814 Tibet - Why the Chinese are There
If you are after spirited, robust debate - start a conversation at The Forum A1146917 - though I suggest you check out some of the discussions underway to get the tone.
If you have a question you could post your question at <./>AskH2G2</.> where you will reach a good cross section of the community.
Remember, when starting any conversation to indicate your question in the subject box
As it says above, you're welcome
If you have any questions about hootoo (as we call h2g2) or need any help just drop me a line here and I'll get back to you asap
Have fun

England should invade U.S and has more right to then China invading Tibet I am no brain but historically the Mongols where going to invade Tibet but where persuaded not too because there ruler feel in love with the Tibetan Buddhist path by two Lamas that visited him Somehow Buddhist teachings I believe where perverted so maybe that is why Mao thought religion was poison
But Tibet was always an independent nation and any other thought on this is just brain dead thinking with no facts
Bob
England is not the UK!! The U.S should I presume be the USA.
I think you mean 'and has more right than China'...''the Mongols were going' 'Because their ruler fell in love' 'Buddhist teachings I believe were'
Otherwise if you feel strongly about the Chinese invasion, go to Tibet and fight them! No other method will dislodge them.

If you feel the need to discuss this with the community you should post your message on one of the forums I suggested in the post above. It's outside my area of expertise.
As you and I are the only ones in this conversation (at this stage) no one else will see your message.
Key: Complain about this post
