Right everyone, now Booti is sorted re room, I have return rail tickets to give away. Trouble is, the journey is Denham to Birmingham but if someone is travelling from London then perhaps they can buy just the extra bit to the journey? I think the train originates at Marylebone. Any takers - free of charge????

Thanks Soupy but can't. I am sorry to miss the Brum one and that was the only date in May I had free - I am going home to France both Bank Holidays and the second Bank Holiday falls the weekend after the meet.

Oh well, no doubt I will catch up with you all at some other time?? Hope so.

I hope to get a summer too. I've read that climate change has played at part in shifting the gulf stream south of the UK which means our climate is going to become even more cold and wet than it is now. I hope it's sensationalist rubbish as I quite like my warm summer evenings.

Well if it is true I'm going to have to move to sunnier climes. Just need to find a way to finance such a thing now!

Erm - how about DJ-ing, Quenci!

I don't do as much as I used to. The key reasons being that I'm busy with writing music which takes up a great deal of my spare time. The problem with DJ-ing is that unless you're a huge 'name' you don't get paid very well at all so you have to write music to get your name out there. It's a running battle, however, as I have lots of problems with my hearing (from years of going to events etc) so I have to be VERY careful (earplugs are mandatory). I much prefer to sit at home and write music than play other people's music out. I *nearly* 'made it' a few years ago in my old project and I think this new one i'm involved in has oodles more talent so we shall have to see.

I love my dayjob so I guess I'm lucky whatever happens!

Feeling a bit drained today though....bit too tired to cook so may just have some bread, cheese and olives. May make some hummous to test it out.
