Which part of Oz? I travelled around a bit 10 years back - Sydney, Cairns, Cape Trib and Cooktown, Perth. Wonderful country; wonderful people. Totally lethal sea! Box jellyfish, sandflies, crocs, water snakes, sharks...
I actually met an 8-ft barracuda but I survived to tell the tale..
