The Spring of 2006 was a rather wet one making it difficult for me to put my heart and soul into my training, this lead to two poor results. Severe bouts of depression followed, so I decided to not to race in this year. The club dinner was held as usual but I did not attend.
In the latter part of the year, with help from a team mate I got myself up to fitness and my weight back down,but it was too late to race, with a bit of luck and this darned depression keeping away I shall try to maintain some level of fitness to try again next year.
My goal shall be the VTTA BAR.
