im a few years older than last time we messaged, i sent an email to jackie a while back to active but it came back no address.

if jackie wahats to contact me,lok on my space, there are two email addys, the active one, and the blueyonder i use when im at the library on the pc.

if as i think, you are on a pc now, and have msn messenger, my contact email is, [email protected].

weather permitting,im at the lib mon,tues, (not wed)thurs, and friday,usually between 1pm and 3pm for a few hours.

i put the messenger on first thing incase someone wants me.

the first hour i play on a big usa, one to one gamesite,

Hi Jim, Yeah I'm on a pc now. I am also buying Jackie a laptop for Christmas so once she is all set up I'm sure she will be contacting you. im still around its been 4 yrs ive been on the h2 and at least 7 on the tw.

ive just repaired my pc, but with the bills all going up i cant afford the server now.

im on the pcs at the lib 4 days a week from 1 till 3 pm, if i can get on, they tend to break down a lot.

say hi to jackie,i take it the active is now no more,if it is we can now see the whole page again on here,not the betsie way.

my two main emails are on my space, one for active and blueyonder.take care jim

ive sent a lot of xmas pics to jackies 18 active, jim

I've seen all the picture emails on Jackies active but not the pictures as they sometimes take so long to download that we get fed up of waiting, so when we get chance we forward them to the laptop.
Jackies got her laptop now, it arrived today and she couldn't wait until Christmas. Ive set up her new email so I am sure she'll send it to you soon as I don't want to post it on here. I'm going to look at your pics now.

ive sent them to a few, from england to canada,in the last few days.after i send them i delete at my end or my email being activ will clog up.if i get anymore, as i probably will, i,ll store some if they are xmas one for jackie.

i took a quick look on the website yesterday,you and jackie dont look like i imagined you to be.the hippy, bike shaved and unshaved makes you look diff, i only found the family one with jackie on, is she a bit camera shy.lol jim

She is more web shy than camera shy. She asked me not to put any on the net. But I got permission to those on that are on.

i take it you have been following the 5 murders,now one as turned up pregnant, im wondering if the reason it was five in so short a time, the man is the father, and it would ruin him, so hide a murder in 4 others, all pros.

only time will tell,are you ready for xmas, i leave my shopping till the 23th,its only for me,i always spend xmas and new year on my own, cant stand fusing and parties,and young kids seem to get everywhere with the noisey toys.i know im an old 59 yr old fuddy,duddy,but thats me lol jim

I hope you enjoyed my site,With care you will find lots of links to other sites to keep you interested, for example on the home page just over half way down there's a link to H2G2 called FUN SITE in the pets page There is a line that says "Making friends and Parrot talk"
thats an online forum that I join in with there are also links to bike clubs and folk festivals, all sorts they just need finding.
We have got Jackies email up and running now on the laptop, it's all new to her at present and she has a lot of learning to do, but I'll teach her as we go along.
I have had my laptop about 14 months, she bought it for my birthday, and I am half way to my ECDL qualification with learndirect.
If you check your active email I have sent you her new address.

will do.i was a bit confused where the dj in the email comes in lol.

there could be a disaster on the way,tw as merged with ntl and there is a grapevine about, that the active.co.uk could be ntl.com.

thats not the problem we get the h2g2 with the html links, and if as ive heard they change to another format all the tw stuff wont be any good, ie no more h2g2 at home, only from the lib once a day.

nothing certain yet, but when something hits the grapevine, something tends to happen, as they say no smoke with a fire of somekind jim

You must have put the dj in the right place because she got your mail, and she has replied to it.
Shame about the activemail going. So is this the only way we will be able to contact you if it does go.
Which I presume you will only be able to access when you are at the library. It's same as before we get something good and someone spoils it.

if the change goes through, it wont mean the end of the emails, just one or two major changes,
-
one could be the activemail becoming ntl.com or something.
-
or if the format which is html now, becoming something diff,as the link to h2g2 and others are all href-html.non will work on any other format.

if this happens yep all i,ll have will be the plain emails, and the lib once a day,for 4 days a week.
