Only half a kilo this week - I was 76 kg this morning for the third day in a row.
But I seem to have lost a couple of cm or so around the hips, so maybe that is what is happening this week.
Anyway, some more of my clothes fit a little better 
My BMI is now 25.3
Nearly at the first target.
