Why can't I hold it down, I always used to, but since coming to this country everytime I drink orange juice it comes out again within about 10 minutes. I had been putting that down to nerves and stress but I think I can now quite definetly put it down to the orange juice. Which is a shame as I quite like orange juice... ho hum
