The BBC might censor this but F**K F**K F**K F**KING HELL
I'm going to go to bed P***ed off now
In my defence for my ignorance and my bad language I had a
stroke in 1991 at the age of 30, 6 weeks later (after surgery)
I went back to work and apart from my short term memory problem
and a problem with my short term memory.... what was I saying?
This isn't a joke. I had a sub-arachnoid haemorrhage of a cherry
aneurism. I made a quite miraculous recovery. Maybe my memory
was always bad - I can't remember
One day when I'm feeling more eloquent and less gutted by this
news maybe I'll talk to you about how to survive an ambulance
journey.
Please give my best wishes to your Dad

I hear ya. If a lot of people had known, it would have saved a lot of grief and trauma and the like. My dad has been extremely lucky to have survived four (I think it's at four now) strokes. He's had them due to blockage of the Carotid, though, MUCH less severe than a hemorrhage, but much more easily avoidable also if he had gotten his lifestyle in check. (I kick his butt everytime I hear he's had fried chicken and the like.) I hope you're doing well and I'm here anytime you'd like to talk.

I think we may have got our wires slightly crossed here - I was swearing because I didn't know Mr Adams had left us.
I mentioned the stroke as well after skimming through the other stuff on your page - thanks for your concern but due to a recent career change from programmer to something more physical (by my choice, 20 years flying a desk was an ample sufficiency of that) I am probably stronger and fitter now than when I left school.
Talk again soon
