I still ahven't gotten one yet.
Most of the grill pans I've looked at could easily be used for stove top and in the oven (and if I ever had a working full-sized oven again, I'd likely use it in both). What I really want is a flat one which flips to a griddle on the other side.
I'm sure I'll find one eventually. I'm not in a huge rush.
Mushrooms are growing on me, depending on what I put them in these days. The celery I normally get tastes OK. I get mine at Whole Foods because our regular store uses too much packaging and the other groery store that sells produce loose doesn't offer organic. They use waaay too many chemicals on conventionally-farmed celery to not use organic.
