Yah, I love it too. Problem for me was my little sistr had that one, and my mom was ,weird> (understatement) and so we weren't "allowed" to share toys/books/etc.
The copy I got for K was the first I'd read it in YEARS!

Try using a French keyboard. The look of utter horror on the faces of "experienced" computer users when they sit down & start tapping away at this thing is an evil joy.
"WAAAAAAAAAAhhhh where's the full stop? Where's the @sign? What happened to the u? how do you get ""? Eeek, it's a !!!"

Salads, scares and bears
Edward the Bonobo - Gone. Posted May 30, 2006
I've never read WTWTA...but I do know that one of the Things is called Emil.
Keyboards...I've never tried an AZERY keyboard - but I have been confused by a German QWERTZ. I'm a and-a-half handed typist (ie I don't type properly) and I do look at the keyboard (Mavis Beacon would rap my knuckles for that) - but it's amazing just how much one internalises the layout and the fingers don't have to be told where to go. Move around a couple of letters and throw in some umlauts and the whole thing falls apart!
I just wish I could reach the same level of competence when texting - like 'The Young People'. Last week I had an interesting incident. I'd forgotten that I'd sent a text in German and I'd left my dictionary set to the German one.
