I found the links you sugested very helpfull in getting a feel for h2g2

oh and dont worry about the lethal secret bit, i can't remember what the secret was anyway. whatever it was, it was terribly important that it be kept secret. but see, by making it a capital offence to be told the secret, no one will ever know that i've forgotten anything, because no one will want to know the secret *that* badly

but then, now i've told you that i've forgotten... and you could spread the word that i dont remember... oh my... i think i've just figured out what the secret was...
