I love snow. really, I do. Its's the only weather you can play with. What I don't like, however, is dozy bosses that can't understand that just because there's no snow at work or where they live, doesn't mean there is a bxstxrd shedload (technical term there) of the stuff 6 miles down the road where I live. So yes mate, I am later because of the weather. No, I'm not making a crap excuse. Perhaps tomorrow you would like me to take a photograph of the roads here before I trudge through it?

That really is frustrating. I have to walk at the moment as there's no way I'm cycling on ice, but at least my colleagues understand if I don't quite make it on time.
But still. I am jealous that you have snow and I don't.

Err, someone change that 'is' into an 'isn't', please? Need an edit button!
The main problem this morning was taht I had to walk rather then get the bus (I walk in summer, take bus in Winter normally) because the buses were bypassing our village and going up the dual carriage way (which was clear) made sense for them, and at least I get text alerts to tell me, but still something I could've done without at 0730 this morning.
