Learning to believe in myself all over again.
Wondering to myself today what will peoples reactions be to me taking into account my history.
An uneventful life really, married two children, sucked into the work ethic until a traumah that happened last year indirectly to myself!
I am still trying to deal with this. In short, I could not work concentrate and no one gave me any support or empathy where I worked I was just punished, get on with it! sell 10 packages to customers today whether they need it or not! all my previous good works where non existent I was viewed in total disregard.
An honest mistake was made by me and I was flogged for it and summoned to a meeting to be disciplined I told my ex employers goodbye and here I am in my room full of doubt... sad I know there is more to life than a job afterall but to me this is a big deal!
If anyone out there understands or has been in a similar situation please let me know how you resolved this situation I need reassurance here

Hey there cheer up!
I myself have had some horrible job experiences!
I took some time out (not too long, I am a mother of one!!) what you need to think about is really what you would like to be doing. Not what pays well etc etc. Unfortunately we spend most of our lives doing this working lark so it should be something you will enjoy!
I do know how you feel, when in a previous Job I was 'pushed' out because I had no interest playing Golf... Sounds ridiculous but I promise you it's true! It was seen as 'not being a team player' , so then everything is scrutinised until they find something to 'break you'.
A dose of whatever floats your boat, Colin Firth in Bridget Jones' Diary, a bottle (or two) of wine and a pizza (optional icecream) works for me! Or a nice self pampering evening should get you started on your way to feeling fabulous again!
Here are a few things to start you off!

I know what you mean, on a night out I saw a giant man like creature who sounded like one of the clangers, huge hands, big head....
My friend picked me up from the pavement outside the club and he disappeared..... Bizzare.....
unfair to the clangers!!

I used to live in Kent and was travelling up from Dover one evening and saw what I now know to be the Stealth but in 1974 the Stealth was unknown and that was pretty scary to behold.
Then I actually saw the Stealth and there it was the vision that followed out car all the way from Dover to Rochester
Bet your glad the redman disappeared
unfair to the clangers!!

(sorry clangers!!) I was glad the 'alien' dissappeared, might have had something to do with the alcohol consumed before 'falling' out of the club.....
That is odd about the stealth bomber! Although if my military knowledge serves me correctly the 'Blackbird' (predesessor to the stealth) was public knowledge in the early 1980's, which means that it is possible for the government to have tested a prototype in the early 1970's. I really believe there are UFO's and aliens etc, the universe is such a big place it's impossible for there not to be people like us or more advanced!
There is so much the general public don't know about in the military that if an alien knocked on my door to sell me double glazing I don't think I would bat an eyelid!!
am I communing with nick pope :)

it looked exactly like the stealth
have seen FTs but I think they are what you are referring to or should I say FTs are a prototype of aircraft??
on subject of all things strange the Rendelsham Forest incident and the Philadephia experiment are food for thought.
over to you))
