Elven? Hmmmm... I think I had some intention originally choosing elf-like instead, but I've forgotten why...

Lovely tea. Now all we need is cookies. And yes, it's usually elven, sometimes it's Elvish, though, particularly if you're dealing with Tolkien.
And frowning at newbies is ok. I'll just frown back, I'm good at it. I've got the practiced "mommy frown", thanks to my sister's three year old.

Oh, we do have savory teeth, but this elf has a monstrous sweet tooth as well. Horrible for dieting.

And excellent quotes, too! I'm actually in the middle of re-reading the LotR right now. Was given a gorgeous hard cover set to replace the beat up paperbacks I've had since I was little. Have you seen the movie yet? What'd you think?

Not seen it yet, but it's definitely on my 'must' list...

Oh!!! You HAVE to see it....they cut out Tom Bombadil, which kind of bothered me, b/c I liked him a good deal, but overall, it's an EXCELLENT movie. My boyfriend, wonderful creature that he is, downloaded it for me, so now I've got it on CD. It's good to date the computer savvy, they do wonderful things like that.

I used to find it hard to spell that particular smiley correctly, until someone pointed out to me that I could use :-p instead - but with a capital P...

EEP!!! It didn't work. Drat. Oh well. I found something else to replace it. I'm going to have to find a way to work this one in whereever it's possible. hehehe.
