Well that's it! I've had it with work for this week. I've had enough hassle and ear-ache this afternoon to last me for my entire working life. I think I'll just pack everything up, catch the train home, and wait for Ginger to turn up...

Then of course we've got the parents... Got my haircut for tomorrow - trying to make a good impression and all that. I didn't think I was too nervous about it earlier, but now it's getting closer it's a different story! I guess Ginger's as nervous about meeting my Mum though...

There were no photos of me being dragged out of the car (he even had to undo my seatbelt) but there are loads of Doug in a tartan hat, or being years ahead of his time and perfecting the oasis geek look!

Weren't they appauling! How embaressing! Just think, if I'd not gotten you out of the car you would have missed out!

Yoz, if you thought that pic of you was bad from the rounders... you should see these baby photos of me... Parents can be so cruel! My haircut was an insult to pudding bowls!

Yeah, but *everyone's* got photos like that in the family album... you should see the ones of me in the tight light-blue polo-neck wearing thick tortoiseshell glasses... actually, you shouldn't.

But was your favourite outfit a pair of red shorts with a white top that had a red collar and a red rabbit on the front? Doug's was! This could be the end of a beautiful relationship if I continue to tell all his childhood secrets like this ! Isn't that right DJL?

Enough of that Ginger! It's just such a shame that you never managed to see the cine film of me! Or my dad's collection of about a million slides! I think the whole collection is titled "Fashion mistakes from the 70's"

I think we might be getting a film show on my next visit!

Oh the horror of it! A weekend of total humiliation! Still if my brother is there he can join me in the corner for a cringe!
