We had 45% humidity yesterday.. horrible..

mmmmmmm 45%? I dream of any day less then 50% relative humidity all year round here is over 50%, twas a wonderfully cool 23 deg C today

evening here, just pigged out on scallops, won a seafood voucher at the local last week<biggrin.

it was a plate, just an ordinary white dinner plate, with a blue stripe around the edge, piled high with crumbed scallops, ummmmmmmm, oh, and a few fresh cooked chips, eeeeeeeeeee, oh, and I had a wedge of lemon........ and I also nicked a butterflyed garlic butter prawn off hubby.. he got large tiger prawns for his half of the voucher... which I peeled, then deveined, sliced carefully down the back and spread with garlic butter, these prawns, (of which there were 7) were then quick fried in a very hot pan

What about the wine? Or the afters..

no wine, tis a week night and I very rarely eat dessert, don't keep sweets in the house, other wise I snack all day

I made it here, we won the voucher, and with it I bought scallops and 7 4" prawns
