You poor thing!!!! 
We have something sort of similar...you have to do a theory test before you can do your practical test, but something about my licence for my bike, meant I didn't have to do the theory test for my car!!

it has been more than 5 years since I did the car theory so now I have to do both again
took me 3 goes last time so got no hope now
or at least not worth the risk an hassle, beside, I adore me liddle bike, cheap to run,an register, an I can park just anywhere
