..do i only get really ill when I have upcoming plans? Feeling much less fluey now..but its all gone to my chest! (apart from the lingering coldyness) as seen by this mornings early trip to casualty as my asthma was bad and i'd used almost all my inhaler trying to calm it down..ironically i was gonna go to the drs today anyway incase it'd turned to a chest infection..anyway, blood tests,nebulisers n a chest x-ray later they let me come home with some anti-biotics n steroids .. prolly a good job im planning on quitting smoking asap then!..i'd only put if off cos i was ill!

ever tried reiki?

one thing if try do not do it as therapy, because you should do it as learning process. my sister in law has astma too. she started with reiki. after a while she could reduce using her astma inhaler a lot. she is now reiki master and footreflexologist.

it is just an idea.

Hi Sereph - I hope the x-ray was ok ? I had one today, and they diagnosed tuberculosis, and now I'm starting to inform everybody I've been in touch with at the meet, to go and see their doctors, just in case, cause they can't tell for how long I've already been with it, but probably for more than two months
Going into hospital as soon as they'll have a bed in a nice single room for me, will stay there for two or three weeks - as long as it will take not to be infectuous any more

You can bet, if it hadn't been ok, they'd have told you. Went to one doctor for the x-ray, then to my doctor with the pics, who immediately made an appointment for me with a lung specialist, and now I'm just terribly scared that I have infected somebody else, my family, my friends, my colleagues, I'm feeling terrible about it, although I know it's not my fault

no..its not your fault at all have they any idea where 'you' may have caught it from?

Can happen everywhere, and I personally don't know anybody who got it, but the Frankfurt is known to have a fairly high rate of tuberculosis because of the airport - and I've never been at the airport before we went to London last October. But it could even be two years ago that I was infected, it can take quite a long time to get acute

it'll all work out ok i'm sure..you just worry about getting better!

That's what they thought when they stopped the annual tests and x-rays in the eighties, but in a city like Frankfurt, with the airport and still many people living in very bad conditions, it has been rising again, that's why my oldest boy got an injection when he was only a few weeks old, but he reacted so strongly to it, that I spared my youngest boy - now I wonder whether I made a mistake
