She was reported straight away.. theres gonna be a meeting between lori steve, the nursey nurse invloved n the nursery head i think on monday(was it monday? i was too angry to really take it what mum was saying by then) ..yeah my bro's been on to offstead and the police..
Its just unbelievable! n to think the womans excuse when loretta found out at playtime (when she took her group out he was out there like it) was that she only done it cos it was Tyler!..as in cos she works there! surely a chils mum being on the staff would make you less likely to do something like that..

A lot of was vented last night...and rightly so!

Let's hope that the powers that be will view this situation with the merit it deserves and not just brush it under the carpet and hope it will go away.

yeah... im still upset obviously but i was raging last night! took a couple of glasses of and quite a lot of s to stop me pacing up n down fists clenched!

I had had a drink or two and it took me a couple of re-reads to make sure I was reading it correctly!

I could not believe my eyes! That is why I stated my lack of sobriety just in case I had it wrong!!

I couldn't believe it myself...but the poor little scraps ok so thats the main thing.

God help that woman's poor kids if she ever has any!
Maybe she qualified as a child minder, but she has a

Hello Dave ..not seen you around in a while!

We had a childminder once who was a bit of a tyrant - but not so much with our kids as we'd set strict limits on what she could do to them (not knowing what she had been doing to some of the others at the time).

Our kids told us, when they were no longer with her, that one lad had his mouth washed out with washing up liquid for swearing!

With our two she would do things like not giving them sweets because they didn't finish their meal which we didn't mind.

The evil woman was suspended and demoted to be re-trained ..i dont know about legal action as ive asked my mum and she doesnt know and doesn't want to bring up with Steve again..guess I wouldn't really like to either In the mean time though one of the nursery nurses in the same group room hit a 3year old girl!

Once, many years ago, I set up a holiday project for adults with learning difficulties. After a couple of similar incidents I had to insist that during induction everyone was told in words of one syllable that there was to be no hitting of the project members, or of leaving them in locked rooms. (Yes, I know it was unbelievable). Some new staff were amazed that it had to be brought up but I learnt that you cannot take anything for granted and that some people have very different backgrounds and have to be told the ground rules in very simple terms to be sure they understand something that most people would take as read.

One bad apple can spoil the whole barrel.

Hopefully things will now be sorted out and the staff possibly re-trained in their areas of expertise!
