I've book in to see a hypnotherapist at a nearby well reputed clinic on saturday afternoon. She has a 96% rate in stopping people smoking in one session (At £125) n if you smoke wiyhing 6 months of seeing her she will see you again free of charge.
i just need some extra willpower so hopefuly this will work! if it dies imgoing back for my weight.

Saw the asthma nurse yesterday too ive got a peask flow meter to record daily at home now. for my height it should be just under 500 n im cyrrently blowing around 250
Saturday can't come quick enough!
Oooh n its geds birthday tomorrow so remember to go n gove him a kick in the butt for fun

Was a long long while ago the last time I tested my peek flow with one of those wizzy things I seemed to do above average/expected for my height etc... That does seem low thouh; is it about half ish of what it shoudl be? Good luck with the hyptmosis-theraty Hope it works for you

I dread to think what mine would be! I am coughing just thinking of it. i don't think i have a peak flow, i have a peak ebb instead.
I have managed to cut ciggy consumption by about half though with this trick of moving the wretched things to an inconvenient place, nicotine addiction VS laziness basically!
Amazingly, i went out shopping yesterday & actually forgot to take the cigs with me & didn't realise till i got back!
Be warned Seraphina, if you're anything like me, giving up or even cutting down will initially make you cough even more, presumably it's the lungs trying to bring up deep down stores of muck.

yes i did go
I can't say it worked or didn't. theres definately been an efect, but im still smoking..not so much though,. will book basck in for the free follow up seesion.

Once I tried the acupunture method. A local had been doing it for a decade or so. When he was done, he left about 10 teeny magentic 'tacks' in here and there.
During the 10 minute drive home, my toughend old hide evicted most of them ...
