No its not constipation, I have IBS n its when my tummys upset its the worst! Ive had them for years since I had a bad labour n have already had the damn things surgically stapled once!

Pregnancy and childbirth is one of the most amazing things you can go through - but the process wrecks your body and bodily functions, plus there's sleep depravation, worry for 19+ years, then the worry when they've left home, then there's grandchildren to worry about

I've not had a 'holiday' as such in yonks, go visit my dad during the summer for a few weeks and then again at Xmas, and asides that its just weekends away to visit friends really and get drunk
