Finally got my knee checked over today after being nagged by Ged since I hurt it sunday morning.No wonder it bruised so quickly and badly and swelled so much..the nurse said i mustve burst some blood vessels on hiting it andand itd bled so much internally its formed a hea haem bloodclot between the joint n the skin n itd take a few weeks to heal properly..
