Hello Emzy,
Welcome to h2g2! I began working at h2g2 almost a year ago - I got the job through an ad in the press, after working freelance on other BBC sites. I wish it was a more interesting story (I am going to go away now and make up something exciting in case I'm asked again!) but there you go...
