Seeing as how there is still no entry on the Who, nearly two years after you posted a comment about said lack of entries, I've decided to start a research project. They're one of my top 5, so why not?
Seeing as how you started the original thread which garnered my interest in doing this I figure you might be able to point me at a Sub-Editor and a Guru who might be interested in working this project. I'm searching out others who might be interested in assisting with this project, although at the moment I'm figuring I will be writing the bulk with peripheral help. That's fine, I've read one too many Who biographies and I figure I can condense it all down! 
Anywho, sorry to come a knockin' on your door, but I thought you'd be in a position to help me find the two folks I will need along the way.
