As for public school education, that's a tricky word! I have consulted my trusty dictionary -a must when you're plowing your way through academic texts!
There are two ways of spelling it:
The Yank way: neighbor
The Canadian/UK/Aussie/Commonwealth in general way: neighbour

Thank You Dear. l worked in eye surgery with a Canadian Doctor named Lieghtman. The 1st Doctor l scrub a case with. A great man. I knew neighbour looked wrong just could'nt place it.

Dr. Lieghtman, eh? I can't say that I've heard of him. I'm glad you liked him though- we Canadians work hard to keep our "mostly harmless" title!

Dan Ackroyd. I even been to Winsor, Ontario. l know it's just over the border. l was going to Motreal but well that's life. Them guys that did that show. You know the hoosers. Hoosers
Ehy. That Girl on Northern Exposure from Canada on the Show but in real life she's from Seattle. l guess you could say l like Canada. Although l like The UK and Austrailia. And oh yea America. No really l like different cultures all over the world.
