We were due to have our post-wedding party do tomorrow evening, but had to postpone it due to health issues.
But some of our biker friends are coming over to Belfast this weekend anyway, since they'd already booked! So we'll meet up this evening with one of the Gambia crew and his wife, who I haven't seen for a long time. It'll be great to catch up, compare notes on whisky tasting (he's another of the Cragganmore cask crew), and point them in the right direction of Belfasts's finest drinking holes. The Christmas market has just opened in the grounds of City Hall, so it's quite a nice time to visit the city, even though it's freezing cold today.

Oh, how I wish I could join those plans even though I neither bike nor drink whiskey... would be better than trying to get to Warsaw and failing miserably.

My missus has a full day of scrap-booking, to be followed by our annual Santa Claus parade. If you mighta booked earlier (and sent a wink and a smile to the gawds of the lottery?) we mighta been there

Dammit, forgot to buy a euromillions ticket yesterday!
Had a super evening - met them in the Hilton, few pints of 
in the back of The Spaniard, bumped into former work colleague in the Duke of York, the friend I'd never met but who sent us champagne on the wedding day joined us and revealed that another of her friends trained as an accountant with me, our biker guests were suitably impressed with Tayto cheese'n'onion crisps, and the tapas at 2taps, and went off to see Mary Coughlan at the Black Box after they wouldn't let us into The Merchant......
