I'm confused. 'natural yoghurt' - is this not a milk product?

How can this recipe be be good for those with a milk intolerance?

A late answer is better than none, I suppose.

For many people, milk intolerance is based on an inability to digest lactose (the sugar that occurs naturally in milk). The bacteria in yoghurt consume the lactose, so yoghurt is often tolerable.
