I've figured out what it is; acute singing and choir withdrawal coupled with a desperate wish to get out of cities and live on a moor away from everybody. Not so hard to figure out, I suppose; I have been singing non-stop for three days. Now I have to go back to work and not be in a cathedral singing glorious, glorious music.

That does suck. I hate that feeling of just - low down sadness or not-quite-rightness.
